If only I could speak the language. Brasilian e Latin music is _the_ sound
of the summer. I think I'm appreciating Hispanic music much more now that
I've moved from Texas, where I lived for 13 years. I guess I'd been
inundated with and become numb to the culture, because now I can't eat
enough jalapeno, tomatilla, or habanero peppers. (I have this theory that
about all our old civilisations, those cultures closer to the equator, our
primal brothers and sisters...)

Currently I'm quite partial to Getz&Gilberto, Robert Rodriguez, Snowboy:
anybody care to recommend some Sergio Mendez? What's the Latin House song
of '95? -- last year's Love & Happiness was SOOOO excellent.

Peace, Pete.

Peace, pete.
