That would be "Now please don't you cry, beautiful Edith." Yes, that's
the name of the album. And it is *really* good.

Speaking of Rip, Rig, and Panic, let me put in a plug for the group
by the same name. They're one of my all-time favorite bands from
the early 80's, an anarchic free-jazz/funk/disco stew featuring
Neneh Cherry on vocals. After the band fell apart, some of them
regrouped as Float Up CP, a little less jazzy this time but still
pretty dang wild and again with Neneh Cherry on vocals. I mean,
you just *have* to love a band with song titles like "The Ultimate
in Fun is Going to the Disco With My Baby." (Don't you?) :-)
