yes i also have that Cash Money and Marvelous tape..."Where's the Party
at?" and i still rock it today...i'll agree with you about him being one
of the top djs...he's won the DMC Championships before...so that explains
how good he is...the song you're referring to is..
"Find and ugly woman" where he thoroughly tears that sample up..
he also uses that same sample in the next cut on the album "Playin it
Kool" and probably uses it in other songs on the album too...i could talk
about that album for the rest of my life but i'll get back to the
originanal question...

"tik tok ya don't stop" did come from Slick Rick (emcee Ricky D at the
time) with Dougie Fresh...."La Di Da Di"

along with the sample "emceeeee" that everyone uses and many others...
