Like someone else said, that's Chuck Brown and the Soul Searchers.
You're probably hearing the version from their "Only One Way to Go"
CD, which was released by Rhythm King in 1988 or so. I've seen at
least two different reissues of parts of the record, both of which
had "GoGo Swing" on them, but the original is still the best -- it's
super long, and has Marion Barry (then the mayor of Washington DC)
guesting on "Go Go Drug Free". (He was later arrested for cocaine use,
spent some time in jail, and was recently reelected Mayor.)
