the family stand's "chain" and "moon in scorpio" can be played all day long and
at least once a month forever and ever. every time i listen i get a little more
out of them. funky, fine, and muy inteligente! they get the body and the brain
a-movin' and a-groovin'. i'm no jazz expert (by a long shot) but it has that
taste as well. i cannot believe this more than excellent band did not become at
all popular. they had a previous release as well. i haven't found it yet, but
i'm always looking.
