This band is mentioned quite frequently on the list, but I have not seen any of
their 12"s around. Can someone fill me in a little as to what label they were
on and what tracks are worth seeking? Also, Alexees, if you could give me an
idea of what stores around DC have their records I would appreciate it!
This weekend Groove Collective will be at the Black Cat! Also, later this
month is Mother Earth at the Bayou, Hepcat at the Black Cat, Gil Scott Heron at
Blues Alley, and Jimmy McGriff at Blues Alley.
