I don't know if I'll be the first, third, or tenth to send this one but the album you're looking for is most probably "Child's View" by Nobukazu Takemura. There is supposed to be a great remix album too which I have not heard, outside of 1 track.
Just returned to the country and have to catch up on 120 list messages but it looks like there was actually long threads about stuff recently.... you all got chatty and I was away! Damn. :)
