Mother Earth

Can anyone compare the two Mother Earth albums, 'The People Tree', and
'You Have been watching'? I have the 'watching' disc, and I like it quite
alot, though I would hesitate to call it acid-jazz. IMO mother earth is
more of a folk/rock/jazz group much akin (and much better IMO) than Blues
Traveller. However I have heard one of their songs on a Totally Wired
compilation, and I thought it was very impressive acid-jazz. Did they
shift mucial focus at some point? Or are they just very diverse in their
style of music. in particular, is the People Tree album much more
acid-jazz oriented than their other offering? If so, I would buy it in a
second.

Cheers,
