I agree with you the Blaxploitation album does not really contain many tracks
from Blaxploitation movies. It is however, not just about Blaxploitation movies
but also about inner city funk etc. There are other great tracks such as
Alphonse Mouzon's "By all means". Would I buy it? No, because I already have
about 90% of the music on it but secondly because the title is misleading. Why
put out an album entitled Blaxploitation if a minority of the tracks appeared in
Blaxploitation movies? On the other hand there are some gems on the album and so
if you are not one of those who buys originals (what a train spotter I am) then
it could be ideal for you. It's certainly a good buy for those looking to
explore the music for the first time.

I can agree with Dan on some of the other sounds there is certainly some good
stuff there. Shaft in Africa certainly contains some excellent music on it.
