Drome used to be an electronic ambient outfit (I have not heard anything
from them in a while so who knows what influences they've added). I am not
terribly partial to the genre but I do like the two Drome EPs that I have
(although part of the problem with one EP is that I don't know which songs
are Drome and which are Beautyon as they were packaged together with
nothing on the labels). I particularly like their mellow piece "Jungle
Claus" (which isn't jungle). I am not surprised that they would hook up
with Ninjas as I always associated their sound with Hex and what was to
become the N-Tone sound.
