Sorry to break it to ya but 'tis true. I hate to be a gossip, but let's say
N'Dea decided not to work with Jan, Simon and Andrew and likewise the BNH
lads decided not to work with Ms. Davenport.

N'Dea has sung backup for other artists (haven't you heard that Guru
track?). They can do stufff like that if they want to (and if their label
says it's cool). So if it were for, say a benefit concert or something, or
if it's on Merchant's next album, or even an MTV unplugged kinda deal
(though I think Natalie Merchant already did one of those before) what she's
doing isn't that unusual. If N'Dea is actually *touring* with Natalie
Merchant as her backup singer, well, that's another story.

(That's a wierd combination, Natalie and N'Dea...but hey, so was John
Mellencamp and Me'shell NdegeOcello, doing a Van Morrison song, no less.)
