I've got a cut by this group on an Instinct promo sampler I got a while
ago. Yesterday, I found a full length by this group for like 6 dollars.
The trrack on the Instinct joint is pretty nice. Just wondering if the
full length is worth the 6 dollars?

I guess while I'm here, anyone got a release date for Alex Reese's _So
Far_ (US date that is).

Does anyone have any info about a release on Quango titled something like
"World something". Can't recall the title, but it has what seems like
artists fromall over the world doing percussion orientated stuff. It's
fantastic, but I have the promo cassette, no info or anything. Anyone
know anything about this release?

Hip-hop related stuff. The Roots drops tonite at Midnight. It's called
_Illadelph, Half-Life_ and should be a must have for most of you. Be
prepared for samples from this crew. That's okay, Black Thought always
provided the motivation for me to pick their stuff up. Ras Kass, the
best emcee ever (when he wants to be), has been delayed once again. OCt
1st seems to be the date floating aroud now. Abstract Rude and Tribe
unique (of Project Blowed/Freestyle Fellowhip fame) have a tape out on the
dl available through the Point Blank zine. Expect a release on Grand
Royal called _Mood Pieces_ soon as well. I also highly recommend a group
that West Coast heads probably have known about for years, Mystik
Journeymen. This group is like the next Tribe. What I mean by that is
that they don't have the best beats or rhymes, but the whole vibe &
chemistry is just right on. You can order their stuff on the web.. do a
search on yahoo. And oh yeah, Chicago hip-hop is about to blow up on the
underground tip very soon.
