i've got the track "la vie" on the "Groovin High" compilation on
Steppin' Stone (which, BTW is an excellent comp.). the silent poets
are japanese and have done a couple of full lengths, which i have not
heard, as well as some remix work for Nobukazu Takemura. I believe
they can be found on the Bellissima label. the french rapper on "la
vie" is Menelik and i don't know that much about him. I don't think
he's part of the regular line-up and that particular track was just a
cross-continental collaboration.
