The song is by The New Jersey Queens. Must be where JTQ got the name the New
Jersey Kings. The first song I ever had by the New Jersey Kings was way before
they released their album. It was on the compilation "The Original Illicit
Grooves" from the late 80's. This is a brilliant compilation featuring tracks
by Johnny Pate, Grant Green, James Brown, Cal Tjader, Jimmy Smith, Charles
Earland ..... and The New Jersey Kings "Spinning Wheel". Even though it was a
new track, it still fitted in with the rest of the music.
