Tongue + Groove records came out with a retrospective compilation of
his work back in 95, I believe. Apparently he was very influential to
a lot of the movers and shakers in UK acid jazz. His sound is sort of
in the rock vein but with a groovy beat, a lot of percussion, and of
course, hammond organ (maybe a mix between James Taylor Quartet &
Corduroy???). I haven't listened to his stuff very recently, but I
recall some of it having a spacey, 70s feel to his music. He did an
interesting cover of "Freedom Jazz Dance."
