Miguel,
=20
On the Brooklyn Funk Essentials tip I just thought I'd throw this one=20
out. I found a CD with (5) remixes of "The Creator..." at my local=20
record shop in the used bins. A rare find indeed for my area, trust=20
me. The CD was put out by Groovetown and Distributed by BMG=20
(64360-2). I read somewhere that the BFE's are now on the Dorado=20
label.

Since you liked that one track I'd say pick up their full-length=20
"Cool and Steady and Easy". If you like your jazz funky and live=20
the Essentials won't disappoint. Incidentally, the "Take the L=20
Train" track is one that the "DJ" (more of a floor guard) at my=20
local skate rink spins on occasion. It's about the closest thing to=20
acid jazz that he'll play.

Hi all,
=20
I've just bought a compilation titled "A touch of Acid Jazz" from Familly=20
Affair productions (an italian Label). There you can find very good songs f=
rom=20
european bands like "vibrazioni productions",count=20
basic, funky company,Jhelisa, quintetto X, mondo grosso any many more I=20
already knew. But I discovered a group called brooklyn funk essentials with=
an=20
excellent song titled The creator has a masterplan. Does any one=20
know something more about this group. I found another good song of them in=20=
the=20
compilation After Hours from Instinct records.

See You...
