I have Smith & Mighty's 1995 "Bass is Maternal" CD (ZCDKR2 on More
Rockers Records, UK import that I picked up for $4). It's basically
ambient dub with a little drum & bass influence; where there are no lame
vocals it's pretty decent, but overall not a terribly compelling album.
There's probably only two strong tracks out of 15 on the album, the rest
just flows by nondescriptly. I found their '91/'92 remixes of Beats
International singles much better listening.
