Lamb is one of my favorite new bands-- imagine portishead with a drum and
bass flavor, and that's pretty close to what they are like. It is very
moody, beautiful trippy, and lush, with some haunting female vocals.
One of the singles is on the most recent Rebirth of Cool release, and they
just released an excellent (like so excellent i can't recommend it enough)
remix with Kruder and Dorfmeister of a very fantastic song called "trans
fatty acid".
They are originally on an english label called Fontana, but i think they
might have just signed a more major label deal.
Highly recommended.
