I too was also surprised. JK was hatless! He also dressed very un-JK like
(no, I don't meen to dip into the
'AJ accessories' thread :)). He looked very much like how I dressed back in
high school.

Anyway, yeah, his performance - for those of you who missed it, JK stood in
one place, and kinda sang with his head hanging down, and he seemed to
bypass almost all the high notes on "Virtual Insanity". It was almost as if
he was looking at a teleprompter for the lyrics.

Keep in mind that "The Tonight Show" is recorded in the taped at about 5:30
Pacific Time. In less than 3 hours, they would play a concert in Hollywood,
so perhaps JK is tired, or saving up on energy for the concert, or just
plain stoned. From what we know of JK, it's probably lthe latter.

The only Jamiroquai member who seemed to be into it was Stu Zender.
