I'm managing a vocalist named Sandra Stephens. Her style is along the lines
of, (in her own words) "Dionne Farris and Des'ree... with smoke." She's
being billed as jazzy, and soulful with a funky, alternative edge. We're
just now beginning to shop her demo kit around to major labels, but thus far
have received much positive and enthusiastic response from various industry
contacts.
Bottom Line: Until now we've been focused on the solo efforts, but she's
decided she wants to go ahead and get a band together this fall. Keeping in
mind the above mentioned style and the availability of you or any
