I'm not sure if this is out on CD but It's available on vinyl and was originally
a mix tape - "Rob Swift Presents Soulful Fruit". It's on the Stone Throw label.
It's a collage of DJ routines, mixes of original breaks, instrumental sides of disco 12",
classic hip-hop, mad cuts, voice overs, a little bit of this, a bit of that, including
a live recording of Rob Swift vs. Rahzel (for real - DJ vs. Beatbox battle). It also
features cuts and mixes by the DJs who make up NYC's X-MEN. I bought
it on double vinyl but I wish it was on CD - that way I wouldn't have to get up to
flip sides and switch records, just sit back and let it play all the way through.

shanti,
