keyboard voicings

Anyone know of any resources for learning the common substitutions and
keyboard chord voicings used in acid-jazz/funk music, especially any
commonly used on Hammond's or Rhodes'? I know the obvious answer is
to transcribe, but my ears aren't that good (yet?).

Any pointers to books/links or other resources would be appreciated.
