>> ResFest at ENIT Festival, San Francisco 11/22
ResFest has been invited to participate in Perry Farrell's
ENIT Festival this November. Details from the Jane's Addiction
fan website (http://204.216.57.25/chachi/news/) follow:
The ever- busy Perry Farrell has finally let loose with some details
about this year's one- date- only Enit Festival in San Francisco on
Nov. 22. The show will take place on two floors of the Bill Graham
Civic Auditorium with Jane's Addiction headlining -- naturally --
and Ken Kesey and the Merry Pranksters, Funky Tekno
Tribe, Goldie, and ResFest rounding out the bill. Other acts may be
added. Showtime is at 9p.m., and the night of music, food, and
dancing will go until 6 a.m. Portions of the proceeds from the event
will be donated to the Bill Graham Foundation. This year, Planet Earth
ENIT
(a word that for Farrell evokes images of "an ecstatic knitting of
energy,
like the weaving of lives together") strives to combine all the elements
of
art, music, nature and underground culture in one large organic whole.
