I ran into the singer from SOS Band about 5 years ago. She was working as the
asst mgr in a record store in Atlanta GA. I think she may have been trying to
be discrete about her current lot, but I was not, as I showered her with
praise and introduced my clients (I was road managing a rap group at the time)
to her with zeal. I figured she could stand to know that years later, folks
are still definitely checking for her contirbutions to culture.
