Dear Producer/Record Label Executive:

The San Francisco Local of the American Federation of Television and =
Radio Artists ("AFTRA"), the singers=92 premiere performing union, =
proudly requests the pleasure of your company on Monday, April 20, 1998, =
for its first annual Singer=92s Talent Showcase Night. In the past, many =
of you have inquired about the possibility of drawing from AFTRA=92s =
great pool of professional unionized vocal talent. This elegant evening =
of song and good cheer promises not only to showcase what AFTRA and its =
members have to offer, but serves as a bridge between you and some =
extremely talented individuals. When you see first hand the quality of =
vocal talent we count among our ranks, you will understand why we are so =
proud of our members. In order to be confirmed as AFTRA=92s special =
guests at Yoshi=92s in Oakland (Jack London Square) where the Showcase =
will be held on April 20, 1998, simply contact AFTRA=92s business =
representative, Zino Macaluso, before March 18, 1998. Zino can not only =
confirm the number of complimentary seats you wish to reserve for your =
party, but can also take your reservations for either the 8 or 10 p.m. =
show. However, I urge you to act quickly to confirm, as seating for =
these performances is at a premium. Zino can be reached at 415-391-7510.

Through these performances, AFTRA hopes to demonstrate how it shares =
your commitment to attracting a larger pool of music business to the Bay =
Area and to creating exciting new opportunities for the Northern =
California music industry. AFTRA represents thousands of professional =
performers working in the radio, television and recording industries, =
and wants to continue to reach out to all segments of the entertainment =
industry.=20

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Lemonade Fund, a charity which =
assists performers (and their families) diagnosed with life-threatening =
illnesses. Please come, enjoy the show, and later give Zino a call so =
you can learn how to take advantage of AFTRA=92s exciting new proposals =
for working with your company. I look forward to seeing you at the =
Showcase.

Yours Truly,

Rebecca Rhine, Executive Director, AFTRA/SAG
