Check out 'Lamb', their single 'Closer' is as good an introduction as any,
and they cover the first 3 of your categories (as well as acid-jazz).
Live instruments (including drums), jazzy double-bass lines and silky
vocals, very easy on the ears.
I don't have the album so I can't tell you the name but I have heard it and
it is very good.
I think they are British.
As far as websites go, do a Yahoo search for 'Breakbeats' to find some good
sites, like 'Drum & bass arena' (http://www.jungle.syspace.co.uk/jungle).
