I'm trying to find more music with strings in. AN excelent example would
be this song by Grantby on this compilation called pop fiction (island
records . I also heard that one of 4-hero albumns has a lot of strings
in. Does anyone heard of this grantby material, it is very John Barry
style, is there a albimn. Also which Barry Adamson albumn is best to get
and is that other air mini albumn any good , the one before monn safari.

Grantby used to be on the Cup of Tea label until they signed their soul away
to a major. Since then it's all gone a bit quiet but no doubt an album will
emerge one day.'Timber' was their best release IMHO
The best Barry Addamson album I believe is 'Oedipus Schmedipus'(think I spelt
it right). I think its his most rounded release to date & fulfills the sum of
its parts. A totally under-rated talent.
The Air mini album is excellent. I actually prefer it to Moon Safari. Anybody
think that Air's earlier stuff is still their best?
