Vocalists: Betty Davis

In the dust-bin at a used record store, I picked up a record from 1974 or
75 by Betty Davis. The music is a bluesy style of jazz-funk, and Betty
sings with a fierce, gritty, dirty-funk sound. I can't remember the name
of the record, but the superior track "Git in There" is excellent rockin'
funk.
Does anyone know who Betty Davis is, or how many records she may have out,
or what she may be up to now?
