"clean up woman" is an r&b classic!!! i still have a 7" of that--it would
take a lotta moola to make me part w/it!! the opening guitar riff is so
well known, that i used to get away w/playing an instrumental hiphop remix
(bambaata's "zulu chant") based on that lick on top 40ish night i used to
do.
after that i could go into any heavy hiphop oriented a/j stuff (think new
breed's *fat jazzy grooves* or the like) for a while before going back into
"puffdom"...
