Quango is essentially out of business. As part of the ongoing turmoil in
Polygram, including the departure of Chris Blackwell who has been the
primary supporter of the non-mainstream music inside of Polygram, Quango
has discontinued new releases and the back catalogue is being trimmed. I
wouldn't bother trying to get on the promo list, since there won't be any.
