i agree. i really like the album, but just when you hope he'll take some chances
he goes for something safe and straightforward. i put "last night a dj saved my
life" and "the reason" (i love the boz scaggs sample but liked it better when
funkmast flex laid the same sample on leaders of the new school's 'zone coaster'
a few years ago) on the playlist in some gyms for which i program music.
