I'm pretty new to the list, but I must say I'm a
bit surprised (and disappointed) how little the jazzy side
of acid-jazz is discussed. I find Drum&Bass a bit boring
and tedious. I prefer the melodic, funky, acoustic type
of AJ, which I think has higher intellectual content.
Of course there's good D&B as well; that's a matter of
personal taste.
But what has happened to the human groove?
