if klein settled for 100% of the publishing, he gets (us dollars) $0.0695
per copy of the song. given that he can claim it's an "adapted" work, he
can ask for anything he wants, but the realities of the biz are such that
he's probably settled for the 6.95 cents (if it's under 5 minutes. if over,
it's an additional 1.3 cents for each additional minute or part thereof.
the basic rate increased to 7.1 cents this january).

i know you were all dying to know this....
