Recent albums:

P18 - Urban Cuban
The band has members from my favourite band "La Mano Negra" plus
others. Maybe some of our french members coule tell more?
They mix original Afro-Cuban style with french worldmusic. Some
drum&bass, some salsa, some reggae, some pop... Brilliant mix, and
extremely impredicatble. Recommended.

Les négresses vertes - Trabendo
Haven't had time to listen to it enough yet, but I like it so far.
Howie B. has been involved in the project and it has done them good I
believe. It is not as loud and screaming as their earlier stuff
used to be - now it's quite anonymous but with a certain finesse.
Smooth and relaxing actually.

Christian Falk - Swedish Open
Swedish stuff. Falk is the guy behind many of the new swedish acts
(Robyn, Petter, Blaknuss Allstars, etc) but he also does music on his
own. On this album he leans towards house, and also includes guests
like Kenny Bobien and Derek Conyer. Sometimes jazzy, sometimes a bit
monotonic (like house always is). The album was recorded in a week
and I guess it shows; it's got a fresh feeling, but also not always
that strong song writning.
