I think it is running off someone's computer at home or work so
sometimes it is up and sometimes it is down, and it is also quite busy.
If you try to connect sporadically throughout the day you should get
through at some time. I was just on there a few days ago so it should
still be accessible. I typically connect evening time in Toronto
Canada.
