....an indirectly related question...who decides on the disc 'packaging'?
After listening to PP's first disc (De-tuned) for several weeks, I expected
that their second disc (Question) would feature much more elaborate liner
notes, art work, etc given the success of De-tuned. Question packaging
provides no details of band members, instrumentation, recording location...I
could produce something more elaborate with my digital camera and PC...any
thoughts on the matter?
