If you provide a listening service then make sure that you advertise
the fact. It seems, from what you say, that most people in Hong Kong
don't expect to be able to listen to records before they buy so make
the most of your marketing. People would probably pay a slightly higher
price if they could listen to something before they bought it.

Could you buy a CD Jukebox and put the 100 most requested CD's on it so
that customers can listen to them automatically without bothering you
or a member of your staff?

When I was very young, one record shop locally would play you an
excerpt of every record you had bought - just to make sure that it was
what you wanted and that there was nothing seriously wrong with it.

James.
