Yup! Here's what I said about it on one of my playlists last
winter:

****
Album of the Week: PEOPLE'S CHOICE, yet another outstanding label
compilation from the UK. This time it's People Records, putting
the musicality back into house music with tracks from Bah Samba,
Idjut Boys, Disorient, and various permutations of the Restless
Soul duo, Phil Asher and Luke McCarthy. If you're a fan of Paper,
Nuphonic, or Glasgow Underground, then it's time you discovered
People!
****

And speaking of Paper, I just got their newest full-length in
the mail today. It's SIDEWALK STORIES by Streetlife Originals.
Wow! Very classy release, as we've come to expect from Paper.
It reminds me a bit of St. Germain (now WHAT has he been up
to, lately?), but with more jazzy and cinematic influences. Very
highly recommended.
