and I think Ennio Morricone should've won that year for "The Mission."

By the way, has anyone heard anything good from the funky Herbie lately? His
"The New Standard" was cool, and his Gershwin disc has been getting good
reviews, but that was straight ahead jazz - what about the funky stuff? "Dis
is Da Drum" is just 'bout bad as "Doo-Bop" imo.
