faze action is on nuphonic, a label run by the ex-ballistic bro dave hill.
you might want to check out some of the other stuff on that label and the
label afro-art led by another ballistic alumnus ashley beedle (aka black
science orchestra/black jazz cronicles). also some of the ballistic stuff
under their alias x-press 2 might interest you (they have a ministry of
sound mix cd out--late nite sessions?). the remaining members of ballistic
are rocky & diesel--just so you know to keep an eye out for them. i would
strongly recommend an album on junior boys own called *walter's room*. it's
an ashley beedle thing (i think under the black science orchestra guise)
that's a tribute to philly soul & disco.

it's just like hiphop w/dope tracks & wack mc's, it ruins the experience.
you should check the mc i heard w/grooverider a year ago mc gq (stupid name,
sorry). he's really great--i.e., he knows when to shut up!! also, i hear
that fearless is supposed to be good in terms of hyping the crowd and not
just yakking (like mc "what the" ?).

i think that what's happened is that they've brought out more of the
downtempo vibe over the last few years. supposedly, 720 records is supposed
    to be the "harder" stuff.
