    Technics are the standard. They've been the best for a long time
    too, so its kind of hard not to recommend one. 1200's are worth
    the money though and are built to last.

    Vestax are new to the field of turntables, but people have very
    good things to say about them. Their older turntables had lighter
    tonearms, but apparently this is fixed in the newer models. Their
    turntables must be pretty damn good considering the members of
    the Skratch Piklz use them.

    Numark and Stanton though...I don't know about the quality of
    them so I can't speak for them.
