Argh, too late, but I just got back from Chi-Town today...Didn't have much
time to go clubbing but I went to a cool spot on Damen, north of North St,
near all those clubs and bars and cafes, it's called Madbar and every
Friday night they have a DJ spinning house music (the good kind...soulful/
jazzy/ samba/ filter/ house, some garage) while a live percussionist jams
on latin percussion instruments.
If you're taking the "L" train, just take the Blue Line to Damen and walk
north 2 blocks.
