I saw it Sunday. Read a horrible review before I went so I was mildly
pleased with the film. I think I would have been less so, if I had paid
    to see it.
There were a few loose ends story wise but it looked gorgeous, had a
lot of subtleties going on and the 70s touches were awesome. The
    occasional humor was
pitch black funny. For some reason the girls sticker collections really
got to me, everything was in groups of 5 and 4, for the sisters. The
music went perfectly, not just the Air stuff but I've been singing
Heart's Magic Man ever since. (I didn't care for the music too much
when I heard it on its own but with the movie it made more sense). You
get very little insight into the main characters which bothered me and
made it hard to care much about of them, but I think that was part of
the point since it was told from the outside looking in.
Moral: Girls are mysterious and unfathomable creatures and don't burn
    vinyl inside the house.
If you already knew that then probably wait for the video.
