    Adam,

    Lol!

Um, I think it depends on how, exactly, you want to get down. I've always
been mildly curious about what Autechre would do to a late night session,
although curiously enough, I've never found anyone willing to make that
    particular mental leap.

I'd have to say that Kruder n Dorfmeister's K n D Sessions, Cold Krush Cuts,
and Funkjazztical Tricknology have succeeded Massive Attack and early Tricky
in the universally-liked-makeout-music department. If anyones got something
more up to date, enlighten me because I think theyre starting to get
    cliched.

Can I add to the Prince's HEAD/(although, as long as both people have a
sense of humour, its still a pretty fucking sexy song) Gangsta Bitch-list,
    anything by Pizzicato Five.

But anyways, ideally the CD could be skipping and no one would notice. And
Beau, I'd have to say, if Genuwine or Jodeci were on the player, I'd pray
that it was scratched. But fair enough, if thats what the chicks like,
well... do what you gotta do.

    - E

Speaking of which, what does everyone here like to listen to when it comes
time to, er, get down to business, if you know what I mean .. Here's some
off the top of my head (trying to exclude some of the obvious choices):

90% of me is you - Gwen McCrae
    Hearts Desire - Don Blackman
We Need Love - Johnny Osbourne
    I'm glad you're mine - Al Green
    Inspiration Information - Shuggie Otis
Give Me The Sunshine - Leo's Sunship
    Mystic Brew - Ronnie Foster
    Celestial Blues - Gary Bartz
    Les Fleur - Minnie Riperton
Sweet Thing - Rufus & Chaka Khan
Sunshine of your love - Spanky Wilson
    Giving Up - Hairy Diamond
Make Me Believe In You - Patti Jo
    Loving Explosion - The Eliminators
Turn off the Lights - Frank De Jo Jo or Larry Young's Fuel version
Shadow of our love - Labi Siffre (sweet song, but it's actually about lost
love, so this may not be so appropriate ;)
You're Welcome, Stop on by - Vickie Anderson
Superman Lover - Johnny Guitar Watson
    Gangsta Bitch - Apache

er, on second thought, scratch that last one!

    Adam
