    YES it is definitely going on Memorial Weekend, starting on Saturday May 26th and ending Monday night the 28th.  There is going to be a press conference this Thursday in Detroit to announce the lineup thus far.  The website is http://www.electronicmusicfest.com So far I have heard that Kirk Degregrio (sp?) and  Laurent Garnier will be there (it's on their webistes) 

    I missed last years and still kicking myself about it so this year I booked early.  Apparently hotel rooms in and around the festival area are going fast so book ASAP.
