    hey Chris, Megan and all,

Firstly, Chris, I've gotta recommend the SK Radicals album. It's
definitely one of the more 'straight ahead' releases to date on People
(or any of the related labels), with lots of soulful vocals and melodies
galore. A very jazzy album indeed, with tons of tenor sax as well.
Hooky, uptempo for the most part, and kinda slickly produced (not a bad
thing in this case). I definitely feel a track called "Evolution,"
particularly Fini Dolo's remix which is a bit more broken and abstract.
If you're looking for the more heavy, broken stuff this album may not be
for you, however if you appreciate your musical quirks a little more
smoothed and souled out, then definitely check. Sorry for the
off-the-cuff, quickie version of a review.

I've definitely gotta agree with Megan on the Numbers review below also.
Man this is an incredible album! Deep, deep, deep!! Actually, Megan or
anyone, would you mind e-mailing me the tracklisting? I got a promo CD
which is not only lacking liners, but also song titles. Doesn't get me
too far on the radio show, that! Thanks so much.

And...there's been some discussion of People Make the World Go 'Round 3,
which is super tight. Personally, I enjoy it increasing the further I
get into it. Phil Asher's latest as Restless Soul (with Valerie Etienne)
is mind-blowingly beautiful AND something we can easily take to the
dancefloors. Kaidi and I.G. provide some heavy "Substance" (appropriate
title), Sci-Clone's "Close" is totally wicked and there's also an
instrumental version of that Fini Dolo remix of SK Radicals' "Evolution"
    mentioned above.

No shortage of tasty new releases to listen to and share with as many
    people as possible!
