Head on down to little five points (a kind of bohemian hodpoge of shops and
eateries) where you'll find several records shops including Satellite
Records and a couple of used record stores with some hard to find gems (and
    a lot of crap).
As for clubs, the first and formost would be Eleven50, an upscale electronic
venue that gives any "super club" anywhere in the world a run for its euro.
This place is simply awesome, with an art gallery inside, a beautiful
mezzanine overlooking the main floor, and a fantastic patio area that
probably won't be open this time of year. If you go to their website and
join the mailing list, they often have events that are free of charge to
email listees ( the normal cover charge hovers around $20). Its kind of a
pricey place - stick to the bottled beer unless you know someone - but well
    worth your time.
