Killed by the RIAA. June 20, 2002.
With CARP royalties of $500 a DAY, SomaFM cannot continue broadcasting.

This is a sad day for America and the world.
These greedy bastards can't see the cookies for the crumbs!
I hope the mainstream music industry is ruined from this.
I have boycotted buying any and all music from any through any major labels/artists
    esp represented by the RIAA.
I will rip more mp3's than ever now and have a server to store it all.
I write my own music so I can broadcast whatever I want without their permission.
I suggest all the independent artists get together and do the same.

write your congress! and tell them what you think.

If we all boycott these bastards we can make a change maybe !
