Quin - Another Love/Buring for your Love (Spring Collective)

Cat. No. SPC002 Released: Sept 03

Just a couple of months after they've made their first appearance with the critically acclaimed Spring Report EP, Utrecht based Spring Collective founders Olaf Molenveld & Tim Nolet are back with yet another satisfying joint. While Nolet's Daiquiri Royal has been charted by quite a few heads (Lars Behrenroth, Todd Sines, Llorca, Alex Attias, .), it's Utrecht's young and coming talent Quinn that's spotlighted this time. The second Spring Collective release contains, even as the first one, two house drenched, distinctive up tempo grooves. Whereas the breeze fast percussion, swift keys, and alluring vocals turn B-side Burning for your love into a steaming summer dance floor groover, Another Love slowly evolves into an uplifting disco groove furnished with well placed Rhodes, and a sudden trumpet escapade. With two releases up to present, it's clear these Dutchmen have to be taken into account for future deep house influenced quality pressure! Beware.

Will be released on Spring Collective and distributed by GrooveDis (US) and Musical Journeys (World).
