Well, folks, I'm soliciting for some hits on my website.

I have about 100 sound files available for FREE playback (my preference, as
I'd love to have you come back and listen again and again, if you felt so
inclined) or download in mp3 format. Many of my tunes are classified loosely
in the acid jazz idiom, though I'll have to leave that to you to decide if
    they truly are.

I write much of my own music and I perform everything (I play trumpet
primarily, but I also double on bass trumpet, tuba, euphonium and a little
on tenor sax and keyboards). I use a fairly straightforward overdubbing
process as I work completely alone on this stuff.

My music is at that well known repositorty of unsigned musicians (and many
big name signed artists, too), Mp3.com. My url is...

Again, you don't pay a dime for my stuff on the internet like this. I make a
half-a cent, American, for each playback and download, so I'm not getting
rich on royalties, but I do get a little - coffee and bagel money.

Now, I also have a bunch of legit things on there as well. I give you fair
warning on that matter, so if you don't like classical music, you'll start
hitting some of that stuff about 25 tunes down.

I also want to make an open disclaimer here. I am only trying to share my
stuff. I am not claiming it is good, nor am I saying it is bad. I just
write and play what sounds good to me. I sincerely hope it sounds good to
someone else as well. I offer it up to all of you, in all sincerity, in the
    spirit of sharing music.

I want to contribute to any discussions that turn up, and I will, to the
best of my ability, FWIIW. For now, please be assured that I don't want to
offend folks with to many blatant self-promos. I am taking a shot here, as
the activity is a bit low for this newbie to really get much of a grip on
how things are done on your list.

    Peace.

    ND
